Integrity have been chosen to provide the security for the North Arran Way retail and office scheme development that forms part of the North Solihull Regeneration Project.  A total of eight development projects will benefit to the tune of more than £12 million, with North Arran Way getting more than £4 million of it to assist with the village centre redevelopment, providing infrastructure, public realm, health and education facilities.

The Growing Places funding will provide a new two-storey development of ground floor retails units and office space to accommodate 150 staff. It will cover 1.2 hectares of renewed brownfield land, ensure six traders are housed in new premises and two businesses brought to the area. Once completed, it will offer employment opportunities for local people and third sector access to facilities.  The overall village centre scheme is expected to create or safeguard 200 jobs and result in improved transport links and the centralisation of a formerly fragmented village.
