Established since 2010, Gate Safe was the pioneering force to first address the issue of automated gate safety.

Today, Gate Safe enjoys the support of a number of high profile industry/health & safety organisations and continues to offer independent approved training, share best practice, and deliver practical jargon-free guidance to improve the safety of automated gates and barriers.

Integrity Security Group Ltd is a Premier Installer. Gate Safe introduced Premier Installer membership specifically for larger installer companies, to ensure that Gate Safe best practice was instilled in a significant proportion of the installer workforce. A company which boasts Premier Installer membership is required to have invested in training a minimum of 80% of its employees who are actively involved in the supply/fitting of automated gates.

CHAS (The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme) was created by experienced health and safety professionals in 1997 to improve health and safety standards across the UK.​ In partnership with the Association of London Government (ALG), CHAS was a key developer of the core criteria held in the Approved Code of Practice which supported the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 (now recognised as CDM 2015) and is a founder member of SSIP (Safety Schemes in Procurement)

What It Means

What is SIA accreditation?

Integrity Security Group Limited currently holds SIA Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS) status for the provision of Key Holding and Security Guarding.

Members are required to demonstrate that they are financially sound, well-managed, fully-insured and professionally competent, in addition to satisfying other industry sector-specific criteria, including independently inspected standards.

Integrity Security Group Ltd has achieved accreditation with the Security Industry Authority (SIA) via the Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS).

The ACS Standard encompasses all aspects of a security provider’s operation. It takes a holistic view of how well an organisation is managed and an approved organisation must demonstrate to an independent assessor, on an annual basis, that it has met defined standards. As part of the ACS audit, the Company was assessed on 89 individual indicators of achievement, Integrity Security Group Ltd holds SIA approved contractor status for the provision of both Security Guarding & Key Holding services.

Integrity is a principal member of the British Security Industry Association (BSIA). The BSIA is the trade association for the professional security industry in the UK.

The BSIA’s top priority is the maintenance of high standards within the industry, and it places rigorous requirements on companies wishing to become members.

The BSIA is the only trade association that requires its members to be independently inspected to the quality standard ISO 9001:2000 with a UKAS accredited certification body.

Along with our many accreditations, member ship of the BSIA provides an assurance to clients that Integrity is a quality driven and professional company and allows us to tender for a wider range of contracts.
